Angry, Alligator Snapping Turtle Chases Me 😱Female alligator snapping turtles may be more aggressive than males and in this case, this turtle is about to be a first time mom. She needs a little help though as she isn’t selecting a nest site for her eggs and is instead dropping them in the water. She’s mad, can you blame her? It takes a village to help as many cold stunned sea turtles as we can, and we’re so grateful that here in South Texas, we know how to get it done. 💪🐢 Our Center for Wildlife Rescue is currently caring for 332 sea turtles that have arrived since Monday, January 26, and as of today, Wednesday, January 28, we are still receiving a few more.
